Don’t get either one… Get the Turtle Beach DX 11′s these are the same as the X41 except they are wired… i heard the x41′s eat up batteries like crazy… Also the DX11′s were only 129.99 at Bestbuy about 70$ cheaper then the X41′s they are both dolby 7.1 surround sound
