Can i use bluetooth keyboard and mouse on xbox 360?
with bluetooth dongle ? or can i use any wired keyboard and mouse with it either?

It depends. If you plug the dongle into a PC, does it see a bluetooth dongle or does it see a keyboard?
If it thinks a keyboard has been plugged in then it should work with the Xbox.
If it sees a BT dongle, then it’s very unlikely to work.
